The Government Finance Officers Association of South Carolina was established in 1984.

One of the primary objectives of our organization is to promote and encourage professional competence of individuals who are responsible for and who are held in the trust of public funds. We are very proud of our accomplishments in addressing the professional development of finance directors, budget officers, and accounting managers.

For Member Renewals and New Members Only
We offer three (3) types of Membership; Regular $50 (Governmental), Associate $80 (Non-Governmental), and Retired $30.
(Agency/Political Subdivision Membership is available for a state agency or local government to have an unlimited number of individuals placed on the membership register. Associate Sustaining Membership is available for an individual, non-governmental private business or corporation. Please visit our Membership Information page or contact us for more information.)
Membership begins when fees are paid and end on the last day of December in the same calendar year. Membership Renewals shall end on the last day of December in the calendar year renewed.
